WHO WE ARE
We are a family of believers committed to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
There is one God eternally existing in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Each of these Persons is truly God, yet there is one God.
The 66 books of the Bible are God’s inspired and infallible revelation to mankind, our supreme authority in faith and practice.
God made humankind in His image, endowing them with intrinsic dignity and worth.
Humans disobeyed God and sinned, reaping the consequences of death and disorder.
Jesus of Nazareth is the Son of God incarnate, truly God and truly man, the promised Messiah and Savior of the world.
The Atoning Work of Christ
Jesus lived a sinless and righteous life, offered his life in place of sinners on the cross to bear the punishment for sin and to defeat the power of sin, death, and satan.
The good news of Jesus is that salvation comes to us by grace alone and by faith alone; God freely offers salvation and forgiveness to all who repent of sin and believe in Jesus.
The Person and Work of the Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, the One who brings spiritual life, gifts, and power over sin to the believer.
The church is the new people of God, all those who repent of sin and trust in Jesus.
Baptism and Lord’s Supper
Baptism and the Lord’s Supper are the two lasting ordinances Jesus gave to his church as a means of grace and as a symbolic witness of the gospel.
As new creations in Christ, God’s people are called to live a holy and transformed life and are empowered by the Holy Spirit to do so.
In God’s time and in God’s way, Jesus will return in judgment. All people will be resurrected in bodily form, the unbelieving raised to eternal separation from God and the saved raised to eternal glory with God.
